By accessing or using LifePages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, simply do not use the service.

Description of Service

LifePages is a digital scrapbooking platform that allows users to create, design, editing, and share virtual memory books. We offer both a free tier with limited features and a paid "Pro" subscription that unlocks additional capabilities such as unlimited scrapbooks and pages.

Accounts & Eligibility

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Content & Ownership

You own the content you create. LifePages does not claim ownership rights to the photos, text, or layouts you add to your scrapbooks.

By using the service, you grant LifePages a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and providing the service to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Subscriptions & Payments

LifePages offers optional paid subscriptions ("Pro"). By selecting a paid service, you agree to pay the fees indicated.

• Billing: Payments are processed securely by our third-party partner, DodoPayments. We do not store your payment information.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

Service Availability

We strive to provide adequate uptime, but the service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or update the service at any time without notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifePages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LifePages operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
